We want you to feel beautiful in your Hope & Ivy pieces, but if they aren't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
